Shipping Policy

my studio moves with me — sometimes vietnam, sometimes thailand, sometimes somewhere else entirely.

shipping and customs on original art can be significant — and i made a deliberate decision early on that you shouldn't have to deal with that. you buy the piece. it arrives. no surprise bills, no customs headaches, no navigating international bureaucracy. that's on me.

it's not a small thing to absorb, but it matters to me that your experience ends the way it should — with the art in your hands, not a customs invoice.


every piece ships worldwide, fully tracked, and carefully packed by hand. from my hands to yours, wherever you are.


1. shipping destinations

we ship bleeche worldwide. shipping and customs costs are included in the price of every piece — there are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

all pieces are declared as original handmade artwork at full purchase value, as required by law. we cannot mark orders as "gift" or undervalue items.

we genuinely tried to make worldwide mean worldwide. but customs costs and import duties in these two countries make it impossible for us to honour our included-shipping promise without taking a significant loss on every single order.

2. handling times

wearable art: 3–7 business days processing. each piece is hand-etched, neutralised, washed, and inspected before shipping.

commissions: 3–6 weeks from concept approval to delivery. timeline confirmed during the commission process.

fragments club: dispatched end of each month for members who joined by the 27th cutoff. see the fragments club policy for full details.

these are estimates only. delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods. international customs policies can change — if a delay or issue arises, we will contact you directly.

4. tracking

all wearable art orders include full tracking. you'll receive an email with tracking information once your piece has shipped.

fragments club: monthly prints and patches ship via standard international post without tracking. allow 7–10 days international, 3–5 days domestic.

5. packaging

wearable art: wrapped in black tissue, with certificate of authenticity, provenance record, story card (with QR code linking to private artist commentary and process), and care instructions. shipped in protective packaging built for the journey.

fragments club: monthly prints shipped in protective flat mailers, hand-signed and dated. patches sealed and included with that month's dispatch. every package is sealed and stamped directly from the studio.

6. customs & duties

shipping and customs are included in the price of every bleeche piece. you will not receive a customs bill on delivery.

all pieces are declared as original handmade artwork at full purchase value. we cannot undervalue or misdeclare items — this is both illegal and disrespectful to the work.

customs policies vary by country and can change at any time. in the rare event that a change in customs regulations affects your order before dispatch, we will contact you to discuss your options before anything is sent.

7. shipping issues

if your item hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or tracking appears stalled, contact hello@bleeche.com within 30 days of dispatch. we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

8. lost or damaged packages

lost in transit: if tracking shows your package as lost, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. we'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it.

damaged on arrival: contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. we'll arrange return and replacement or refund.

once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. please ensure your delivery address is secure.
