Shipping Policy

We ship bleeche worldwide. Whether you're ordering a one-of-one wearable art piece, or custom commission, you'll receive updates at every step.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost included in product price.

Customs: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

2. Handling Times

Wearable Art: 3-7 business days processing. Each piece is hand-etched, neutralized, washed, and inspected before shipping.

Commissions: 3-6 weeks from concept approval to delivery. Timeline confirmed during commission process.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of product ordered:

Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods.

4. Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item has shipped.

5. Packaging

Wearable Art: Wrapped in black tissue with certificate of authenticity, provenance record, and story card. Shipped in protective packaging to keep your piece safe.

Fragments Club: Monthly prints shipped in protective flat mailers. Signed, dated, and ready to display or collect.

6. Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
We cannot mark orders as "gift" or undervalue items to avoid customs charges. All shipments are declared at full purchase value as required by law.

7. Shipping Issues

If your item hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or tracking appears stalled, contact hello@bleeche.com within 30 days of dispatch.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged on arrival: Contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of damage. We'll arrange return and replacement or refund.
Note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
