Refunds and Returns

each bleeche piece is one-of-one wearable art — hand-etched, hand-painted, never reproduced. because of this, we operate the same way any gallery or original art purchase does: all sales are final.

this isn't small print designed to catch you out. it's the nature of original art. when you purchase a bleeche piece, that exact design is yours — and only yours — forever.

1. all sales are final

no returns for change of mind.
one-of-one wearable art doesn't restock. we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or colour expectation.

please review all product descriptions, photos, and garment measurements carefully before purchasing. if you have any questions before buying, email us at hello@bleeche.com — we're happy to help you make the right decision.

slight variations in bleach tone, drip patterns, or chrome intensity are part of hand-etched art and are not considered faults. each piece is unique by nature — these variations are what make it yours.

2. damaged or faulty items

if your piece arrives damaged or significantly different from the product photos, we want to make it right.

contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damage or issue
  • photos of the packaging

we'll review your claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. all costs in this situation are on us.

3. wrong item sent

if you receive the wrong piece, contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item received
  • description of what you ordered

we'll arrange return shipping at our cost and send the correct piece or issue a full refund.

4. returns process

returns are only accepted for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items. if your situation qualifies, here's how it works:

  • email hello@bleeche.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos
  • we'll respond within 2 business days with next steps
  • do not send anything back before hearing from us — unrequested returns cannot be processed

5. return shipping costs

our error (wrong item, damaged or faulty): we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

change of mind or sizing: not eligible for return. sales are final for one-of-one original art.

6. refunds

if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

refunds are issued to the original payment method. allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

what's refunded:

  • full product cost
  • original shipping cost (for faulty or wrong items only)
