the fragments club exists because some people want to be part of the work before the work is finished. these terms exist to make sure everyone knows exactly what to expect.

1. what you get

the collector — $9/month

• monthly signed 6×9 print — hand-signed & dated, mailed to your door
• the digital magazine — full narrative of how each piece came to life
• members area access — behind-the-scenes stories, studio updates, sketches and moments that never go public
• exclusive archive access — purchase any past print (digital or physical) from inside the members area. physical orders placed by the 20th ship with that month's dispatch. current members only.
• 24 hour early access to every tuesday drop
• unexpected additions — small surprises including automatic giveaway entries

the keeper — $29/month

• everything the collector gets, plus:
• hand-painted origin fragment patch — one-of-one bleach painting on fabric. tina's first marks of the month, made before the main piece existed. some carry motifs from that month's work. some are pure instinct. all are original. none will be repeated.
• 48 hour early access to drops — before collectors, before the world

2. how it works

when you sign up

• you get instant access to the members area and the current issue of the digital magazine straight away
• your first physical dispatch — print for collectors, print and patch for keepers — goes out at the end of the month with the rest of the circle

the monthly dispatch cutoff

• join by the 27th of the month and you're included in that month's dispatch, shipping the 1st–3rd
• join after the 27th and you're included in the following month's dispatch
• either way, you get immediate digital access and early access to drops from the moment you join

monthly cycle

• end of each month: dispatch goes out to the full circle (prints for collectors, prints and patches for keepers)
• your subscription renews on the same date each month

example

• join november 20th → you're in november's dispatch, shipping 1st–3rd december
• join november 28th → you're in december's dispatch, shipping 1st–3rd january
• either way, members area and magazine access starts immediately

3. shipping

dispatch

• ships from: our studio — currently vietnam
• delivery time: allow 7–10 days international, 3–5 days domestic
• tracking: not provided on standard dispatch

address changes

update your shipping address in your member portal before the 27th of each month to ensure your next package reaches you. changes made after the 27th will apply to the following month's dispatch.

lost or damaged packages

contact fragments@bleeche.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

4. billing and cancellation

billing

• your subscription renews monthly on the date you signed up
• you can update your payment method anytime in your member portal

cancellation

• cancel anytime through your member portal — no commitment, no fees
• if you cancel mid-month, you'll still receive that month's dispatch if you're within the 27th cutoff
• once cancelled, you lose access to the members area, archive access and early drop access
• if you rejoin later, you regain access — but you won't receive past physical prints or patches

5. refunds and exchanges

digital content

the digital magazine and members area access are non-refundable once accessed.

physical items

• if your print or patch arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement
• we do not offer refunds for change of mind — but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges
• all prints and patches are created for that specific month and cannot be exchanged for different designs

6. members area access

what's included for all members</4>

• all digital magazine issues (foundation issue and monthly issues)
• behind-the-scenes content — sketches, studio updates, work in progress
• early access announcements for tuesday drops
• exclusive archive access — purchase any past print (digital or physical). physical orders by the 20th ship with that month's dispatch.

keepers-only section

• exclusive vault content
• patch archive documentation
• first access to commission slots when available

access duration

active as long as your subscription is active. if you cancel and rejoin later, you regain access to the members area — but you won't receive past physical prints or patches.

7. faqs

what if i join mid-month?

you get instant access to the members area and current magazine straight away. if you join by the 27th you're in that month's physical dispatch. join after the 27th and you're in the following month's. you don't miss anything digital.

i missed a print i wanted — will it come back?

the monthly dispatch won't. each print is issued once, for that month only — when it closes it's archived and never reissued. but as a current member, you have exclusive access to purchase any past print from the members area, digital or physical. order a physical print by the 20th of the month and it ships with that month's dispatch. this access exists nowhere else and is only available to current members of the circle.

can i upgrade from collector to keeper?

yes. email fragments@bleeche.com and we'll help you switch. you'll receive your first patch in the following month's dispatch.

can i buy past prints or patches outside the members area?

no. past prints are exclusively available to current members through the members area. patches are one-of-one and are never reproduced or sold separately once issued.

what if i need to change my address?

update your address in your member portal before the 27th of each month to make sure your next dispatch reaches you.

can i gift a membership?

not currently — but this is something we're working on. contact us at fragments@bleeche.com and we can discuss this with you personally.
