1. What you get
Insiders ($9/month):
Monthly signed 6x9 print (hand-signed & dated)
Digital zine (full narrative of how the piece came to life)
Membership area access (behind-the-scenes stories, studio updates, sketches)
24-hour early access to every Tuesday drop
Unexpected additions (small surprises like automatic giveaway entries)
Collectors ($29/month):
Everything Insiders get, PLUS:
Hand-painted fragment patch (one-of-one wearable art, painted and sewn by hand)
48-hour early access to drops (before Insiders, before the world)
2. How it works
When you sign up:
You get instant access to the member area
Your first print ships within 2 days (whatever month it is when you join)
Monthly cycle:
First week of each month: your next print ships (Collectors also get their hand-painted patch)
Your subscription renews on the same date each month
Example:
Join November 25 → November print ships within 2 days
First week of December → December print ships
Your card is charged again on December 25
3. Shipping
Ships from: Our studio in Thailand
Delivery time: 7-14 business days via standard international post
Tracking: No Tracking provided
Address changes: Update your shipping address in your member portal before the 25th of each month to ensure your next package goes to the right place
Lost or damaged packages: Contact fragments@bleeche.com and we'll help resolve it
4. Billing and Cancellation
Billing:
Your subscription renews monthly on the date you signed up
You can update your payment method anytime in your member portal
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime through your member portal—no commitment, no fees
If you cancel mid-month, you'll still receive that month's print/patch
Once cancelled, you lose access to the member area and early drop access
Pausing:
Need to pause for a month? Email fragments@bleeche.com and we can help
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Digital content (zines, member area access): Non-refundable once accessed
Physical items (prints, patches):
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement
We do not offer refunds for change of mind—but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges
Important: All prints and patches are made-to-order for that month. We cannot exchange them for different designs.
6. Members Area Access
What's included:
All digital zines (Foundation Issue, monthly issues)
Behind-the-scenes content (sketches, studio updates, work-in-progress)
Early access announcements for Tuesday drops
Your collection tracker
Collectors-only section:
Exclusive vault content
Patch archive documentation
First access to commission slots (when available)
Access duration:
Active as long as your subscription is active
If you cancel and rejoin later, you regain access—but you won't receive past physical prints/patches
7. FAQS
What if I join mid-month?
You get that month's print within 2 days, then the next month's print arrives the first week of the following month. You don't miss anything.
Can I upgrade from Insider to Collector?
Yes! Email fragments@bleeche.com and we'll help you switch. You'll receive your first patch the following month.
Can I buy past prints or patches?
No. Each month's print and patch are exclusive to that month and will not be reproduced or sold separately.
What if I move or need to change my address?
Update your address in your member portal before the 25th of each month.
Can I gift a membership?
Not currently—but this is something we're working on, but please contact us and we can discuss this option with you personally.
