These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you purchase from or browse bleeche.com, operated by Tina Fletcher (sole trader).

1. Products & Availability
Each wearable artwork is one-of-one, created by hand and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
We aim to keep product listings current, but reserve the right to update or withdraw items at any time.
Colors and tones may vary slightly due to screen differences and the unique hand-etched nature of each piece.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed securely through our website.
We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional methods listed at checkout.
Prices are shown in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise stated.
Your order is considered confirmed only when payment is received.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local customs duties or import taxes.
Wearable art pieces ship from Thailand, or current studio location.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the one-of-one nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from photos, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue (repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate).

5. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Tina Fletcher.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without written permission.

All pieces are hand-etched and therefore unique.
Variations in tone, bleach spread, and chrome intensity are inherent to the hand-etched process and make each piece one-of-one. These variations are not defects—they are the nature of the art.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and embrace these variations as part of owning original wearable art.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate local courts.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We use secure payment processing and do not store credit card information on our servers.
10. Website Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
