About Our Products

All Bleeche pieces are one-of-one wearable art. Each piece is hand-painted by Tina Fletcher using bleach and fabric paints on carefully selected garments. No two pieces are identical. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are intentional and part of the artistic process.

Product images on our website represent the actual wearable art piece you will receive. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

Purchases and Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payment is required in full at time of purchase
We accept major credit cards and PayPal through secure payment processors
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Shipping and Delivery

Wearable art ships from our studio location (currently Vietnam). Shipping times vary by destination:

Domestic (Vietnam): 3-5 business days
International: 10-21 business days depending on location

All shipments include tracking where available. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

Fragments Club Membership

Fragments Club is a monthly subscription for wearable art collectors.

Memberships renew automatically on your billing date
You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
Monthly packages ship on the 1st-3rd of each month
New sign-ups before the 27th receive that month’s dispatch
Membership benefits are non-transferable

Intellectual Property

All wearable art designs, photographs, content, and branding on bleeche.com are the intellectual property of Bleeche Wearable Art and Tina Fletcher. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

When you purchase a wearable art piece, you own the physical garment but not the design rights or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

Bleeche Wearable Art is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper care or washing
Allergic reactions to materials (please check fabric content)
Shipping delays beyond our control
Color variations between product photos and actual pieces

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
