Refunds and Returns

At bleeche, each piece is one-of-one wearable art, hand-etched on high-quality garments. Because of this uniqueness, all sales are final. Please read our policy below.
1. Change of Mind
No returns for change of mind.
One-of-one wearable art doesn't restock. When you purchase a piece, that exact design is yours.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or color expectation.
Review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your piece arrives damaged or significantly different from photos:
Contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the damage/issue and packaging
Include your order number
We'll review your claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Note: Slight variations in bleach tone, drips, or chrome intensity are part of hand-etched art. Each piece is unique by nature. These variations are not considered faults.
3. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong piece, contact hello@bleeche.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the item you received
- Your order number
- Description of what you ordered
We'll arrange return shipping (at our cost) and send the correct piece or issue a full refund.
4. Returns Process
How to request a return (for eligible issues only):
Email hello@bleeche.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Our error (wrong item, damaged/faulty): We cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Buyer's error (ordered wrong size, changed mind): Not eligible for return. Sales are final for one-of-one pieces.
Exception: If we approve a return in exceptional circumstances, buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Refund processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item (for eligible returns).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What's refunded:
- Product cost
- Original shipping cost (if item was faulty/wrong)
Not refunded:
- Return shipping costs (unless our error)
- International customs fees or duties
